Nothing complicated! During checkout, you have a quick form where you can upload 3-4 simple photos from your phone showing the room from different angles, note which furniture pieces are staying, and mention any key challenges (e.g. "the lighting feels cold" or "I can't get the rug to fit right").

Layout is a core focus of the Refresh! I will assess your current floor plan and include clear 2D layout suggestions in your deck to optimise spatial flow, light and conversation zones using the pieces you already own.

Not at all. Your digital design deck includes direct click-to-buy links for all suggested soft furnishings, lighting, art and decor. You can shop the entire list immediately or implement it piece-by-piece as your budget allows.

One Room Refresh package covers one defined fuctional zone (e.g. a living room or a dining nook). If you have a large open-plan space with multiple distinct zones, you can book an additional refresh or drop me a quick message to discuss the best approach!
