ENR Interiors offers a refined, fully virtual colour consultation designed to eliminate guesswork and deliver a considered, timeless scheme tailored specifically to your home. What This Service Includes ・One scheduled 20-minute phone consultation ・In-depth colour questionnaire ・Review of your room photos and floor plan (if available) ・A curated paint palette (3-6 recommended shades) ・Undertone and finish guidance ・Placement advice (walls, woodwork, ceilings) ・Lighting considerations ・One refinement round via email All recommendations are tailored to your existing furnishings, lighting direction, architectural features and lifestyle. How It Works 1. Complete the booking form and questionnaire 2. Upload clear images of your space 3. Attend your scheduled phone consultation 4. Receive your curated colour palette within 5 working days 5. Request refinements (if required) All communication outside of the scheduled call is conducted via structured email correspondence to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Cancellation Policy
Communication All services are delivered virtually via scheduled phone consultation and structured email correspondence. Zoom meetings are not currently offered. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation slot. Turnaround Time Colour Palette Selection projects are delivered within 5 working days following your consultation and receipt of all required materials. Revisions One refinement round is included. Additional revisions may be book separately. Cancellations & Rescheduling ・Rescheduling requires minimum 24 hours' notice. ・Missed calls without notice are non-refundable. ・Due to the digital nature of the service, completed work is non-refundable. Client Responsibility Clients must provide accurate room dimensions, clear photographs and honest answers within the questionnaire to ensure the most accurate recommendations.
