This is not a full renovation concept — it is a strategic enhancement of what already exists. What This Service Includes • One 30-minute scheduled phone consultation • In-depth design questionnaire • Review of room measurements and photographs • Layout refinement guidance (where required) • Curated mini concept board • Targeted furniture and décor recommendations • Styling and placement guidance • Paint and finish suggestions (if applicable) • Two structured revision rounds via email This service works with your current layout and key pieces, refining and elevating rather than fully redesigning. Secure Your Booking Select your consultation slot and complete the detailed questionnaire. 2. Consultation Call We discuss what is staying, what is changing, and what is not working. 3. Design Development Your refresh concept and sourcing plan are curated. 4. Delivery You receive your design presentation within 10-14 working days. 5. Refinements Two structured revision rounds ensure alignment and clarity. All communication outside of the scheduled consultation is conducted via structured email correspondence.
Cancellation Policy
Communication This service is delivered virtually via scheduled phone consultation and structured email correspondence. Zoom meetings are not currently offered. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Turnaround Time Design presentations are delivered within 7–10 working days following consultation and receipt of all required materials. Revisions Two structured revision rounds are included. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed consultations are non-refundable. Client Responsibility Clients must provide accurate measurements, clear photographs and confirm which existing items are being retained.
