Cancellation Policy

1. Service Format & Delivery 100% Virtual Service: The Whole Home Colour Harmony service is conducted entirely online. There are no physical site visits or phone consultations involved. Turnaround Time: Your bespoke 4-room paint schedule will be delivered to your email inbox within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery Clock: The 5-day turnaround clock begins once your digital intake form, room photos, and light orientation details have been fully submitted (not at the time of payment). 2. Intake & Client Requirements Photo Submissions: To ensure accurate light-mapping and undertone selection, you are required to submit clear, well-lit photographs of each space (up to 4 rooms), noting room light orientation (North, South, East, West) and fixed elements (flooring, cabinetry, tile). Room Limit: The standard package covers up to 4 distinct rooms (an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space counts as 1 room). Additional rooms must be added as an optional add-on at checkout prior to project commencement. 3. Revisions & Modifications Included Review: Your schedule includes one complimentary round of minor tweaks (e.g., swapping out an accent shade or adjusting 1 room tone) if requested within 7 days of receiving your final PDF schedule. Subsequent Revisions: Any major scope changes or requests for complete palette overhauls after delivery will incur an additional fee. 4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds Payment Terms: Full payment (£199 plus any selected add-ons) is required at the time of booking to secure your delivery slot. Digital Service Policy: Because this is a bespoke digital design product tailored specifically to your home, all sales are final once work has commenced or intake details have been submitted. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking before submitting your intake form/photos, a full refund can be issued upon written request. 5. Colour Accuracy & Lighting Disclaimer Digital screens display colors differently. While all shades are carefully calculated based on your room's orientation and UK natural light characteristics, we strongly advise testing physical paint swatches in your room’s natural light before purchasing final paint quantities.
